Founder of the company, Damien has a Bachelor of Business (Accounting and Marketing) from University of Technology, Ku-Ring-Gai campus. He spent seven years at Channel 7, part of this time as Sydney Manager-Sales before establishing The Stenmark Organisation on January 18, 1988.

Michael Fitzgerald
National Sales Director

Michael was a Senior Sales Executive with Channel 7 before joining Stenmark Organisation in June 1988. He is a highly respected sponsorship and television executive.

Glen Richardson
Marketing Director

Glen was Marketing Manager for American Express for 8 years and subsequently with Liquorland. He has a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) from University of NSW. He joined the company in August 1991.
